Don's Bio
Don has drummed through 50 years of rock and roll history. He picked up the sticks as a young boy, studied drumming at the Hartford Conservatory of Music, but followed his passion for rock drumming when he saw Ringo perform on the Ed Sullivan Show. He has played in classic rock bands in Dallas, Atlanta and Oklahoma City. In 2000, along with his son and co-drummer Jared, he began assembling “the best of the best” drum songs that audiences love to hear performed. Die Drumming was created as a tribute to the pioneering drummers of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s…and to every fan who ever dreamed of picking up a pair of sticks. “If you’re gonna die…You gotta die drumming.”
